Order Emails and Invoice Settings

Both your Initial order confirmation email and you order shipped email can be customized.

The details of an order are automatically drawn from each database within your store, however the note or introduction at the top of your automatic email can be customized to include your own texts and logo.

Order Confirmation Email Subject: 

The subject line can display brief information about the email eg.  Your order: [OrderCode] is received - From [StoreName]. By using dynamic code, which is displayed in the blue box, you can link relevant data.

Order Confirmation Email Message:

This email is sent automatically to your customer as soon as a successful purchase is made in your store, you will receive a duplicate of this email as well. The text you enter in this field will appear at the top of the email so a descriptive note about what the customer should expect now would be best. Remember this message will appear the same to every order placed and is not custom to a single customer.

Order Shipped Message

This is the email which is sent to your customer once you set the status of the order to shipped and save. This is a generic message so it should say something about your terms of shipment or any special details about the shipment. It appears at the very top of the email. You can also add a custom note to a specific customer on this shipped email via the order details page.



The subject line can display brief information about the email eg.  Your order: [OrderCode] is partially shipped - From [StoreName]. By using dynamic code, which is displayed in the blue box, you can link relevant data.


This is the email which is sent to your customer once you set the status of the order to partially shipped and save. This is a generic message so it should say something to indicate that the shipment only contains part of the order and the item is identified in the notes below. It appears above alll other information in the email, as an intro. Also add a custom note to a specific customer on this partially shipped email via the order details page.

Logo

A logo can be uploaded to display on both your Invoices and order/shipped notification emails.

Note: Supported files types jpg & gif. Max dimensions 200 X 200 pixels. Max file size 50kb.

Tick this box for your logo to appear on your invoices.

Use Logo on Order Emails

Tick this box for your logo to appear on your order related emails that the system automatically creates and sends.
