Browsers such as IE or Google Chrome use a pop up blocker which you can
simply set to allow a download, however Firefox 11/13 isn't so
forthcoming with an alert. You'll need to manually turn off the pop up
blocker for your admin
To allow download using Firefox go to Tools > Options > Content.
Either you un-check the box for "Block pop-up windows" or click the
"Exception" button to add the download link to exception.
