If you ever need some help with your shop simply click on the "Need Help?" button in the top right corner of your admin panel.
The left side of the panel is used to create a ticket with our support
department, as soon as you start describing your issue the system will
automatically try to find relevant knowledge base articles. Those will
pop up under the text box.
The right side of the panel has some useful links, namely:
Live chat - will open a live chat session with our support.
User Manual - will open our help console, a well organized description of the admin panel.
Community Forum - will open our forum
Tutorial Movies - will take you to our facebook profile
Resources and Tools - will open a specific section of our knowledge base
