Does your stock level send automatically an email to me when it becomes low?

Yes, just choose "Use Product-based Stock Levels" from the list in your product details area.

By selecting this option from the drop down list, you have chosen to specify the quantity of this product available, no matter what variants you have in place. Simply enter the 'current stock level' of the product and the alert level which will send you an email if stocks are low.
