Why hasn't my newsletter been sent?

When a newsletter is sent through the Admin it sometimes goes to a queue on the email server. Since sending a newsletter can involve hundreds or perhaps thousands of email addresses, it can be delayed a few hours depending on the amount of emails in the queue of the email server. Ensure that the list you are sending to has members. If it has not gone out within 24 hours, please contact support.

Always add your own email address to the subscription list to test receipt of emails
