Follow these steps:
Make sure you are pressing the save button on the page.
First check that you are entering a RRP as well as 'Our Price'.
If this doesn't work, go to User Management (under settings) to check that you have the rights to edit this function
The order grid page does not completely update until you refresh the screen. Please refresh your screen and check if you are on the orders grid page.
If this doesn't work, please open another tab (leaving the tab you are on open) and enter your administration panel again. If you are asked to login again, do so and then try saving the product again on the original tab.
