When adding a keyword to your products or pages make sure its
product or page specific, if you are adding multiple keywords make sure
to separate each one with a space after the comma otherwise if will not
be recognized as a valid keyword.
Google no longer uses the keyword meta tag in it's algorithms, so you may not see a big enough advantage in filling this field.
