The User Management section lets you add/edit Users & their permission.
From your Admin panel go to Settings-> User Management -> . On the
left panel to add a new user click the Add New User button. On the left
panel window, fill in the necessary user login information such as
username, password, email and by ticking on the specific permission you
wish to grant that user. Once complete, make sure to click the save
button to finish.
Otherwise, if you are editing an existing user, simply highlight the
username and on the left panel edit the information as you deemed
necessary.
