I havent received any emails

Your Spam filtering settings may have been changed.

If you log into your web-mail at http://webmail.ashop.com.au and go to settings, then Filtering, then spam filtering and tick the box next to over ride spam settings for this account.

Now save, then click on actions tab and you can change these to fit your preferences and save again. 

Then you can go to your junk mail folder and move all messages to your inbox so your outlook can download them once you hook up again.
