Please check the following:
Note the administration panel will not work 100% correctly on Internet Explorer 8 and will definitely cause issues on IE7 and earlier.
1) Your browser screen may be beyond the standard 100% zoom. Please select CTRL and the - button to make it smaller (or use the zoom function to make the browser smaller in the menu). To make it larger again, use CTRL +
2) Check that your browser is the latest version (generally this is in the Help>About section of every browser. -Note that if you use Chrome it no longer seems to automatically update, so you need to update that also-).
3) Use this to test Java: http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp?detect=jre&try=1
4) Clear your cache: http://support.ashop.com.au/KB/a710/how-do-i-clear-my-cache.aspx?KBSearchID=0
