Having trouble downloading excel files from your Admin? one reason could
be your browser security is blocking it i.e a pop up blocker. To
determine if it's the cause, you can allow pop ups temporarily and try
downloading the file again. If it works you can add the link format
below to your trusted site exception for it to come up unhindered and
then put the security option back as it was.

Also, If you have an antivirus with site security enabled you may want
to disable it or add the same link to its trusted site exception, you
can refer to your antivirus manual for the instruction
