Once logged in to your paypal account go to My Account-> Profile (tab) ->My Selling Preferrences->API Access->Option 1 then click on Add Edit API permissions-> and fill in with 'support_api1.ashop.com.au' then press Enter.
In the API Partner Username field select permissions then select the 'Express_Checkout' check box among other options you wish to allow.
While still logged in go to to your PayPal account go to this link

From this page, check the radio button titled 'Receive IPN messages (Enabled)'
Fill in the following Notification URL to the available field: https://secure.ashop.com.au/checkout_paypal_IPN.asp
Click the save button
