Google Merchant Center is a tool which helps you upload your product listings to be used for Google Product Search, Google Product Ads, and Google Commerce Search.
To begin
1). You need to Create a Google Merchant account, if you already have a gmail account you can visit google.com/merchants to get started

Choose your location then click continue
Click the radio button "Yes" then click continue
2). Setup your account

Fill out all the necessary fields, once complete click "Save updates"
3). Verify and Claim your Webiste URL

From the Dashboard expand Setting >choose General, from right panel under Website URL e.g example above click "Verify this URL" to claim your site once done status will change from unclaimed to claimed
