How can I add the homepage specials to my homepage?

Go to the Product Grid in Inventory, Products and click on the H in the Special Column so it is orange. Then save your changes at the bottom of the page.

Alternatively you can enter the product itself and under Display Settings, Homepage Special: tick the box, the click on Save Product at the bottom of the page.
