Why are transactions that appear to have been approved by our third party payment gateway or payment merchant facility showing as declined?
Sometimes when
a return signal to notify us if the payment has been approved/declined
is not received, we must decline it. Generally this occurs because your
third party gateway or merchant facility provider has failed to get a
confirmation back to us, perhaps because they are busy or their lines
have gone down. If this persists, we would recommend contacting them
directly.
