The best option is to create an account in Youtube (www.youtube.com), then have your video uploaded in there. Once you have it up in Youtube, you need to proceed in adding the embedded codes from Youtube to your website. First you need create a text field widget on your Ashop Admin.
That can be done via Design > Themes or Design > Widget Layout.
Then paste the HTML embedded codes from Youtube to your Text Field widget via Source mode.
