I am not receiving email confirmations for orders?

First check that your email is placed in Settings, Store Settings, Company Information. Keep in mind, emails sometimes get lost (no matter who you or the sender is), so check your administration panel daily - your most reliable method of telling your orders will always be your in your administration panel under the Orders tab. 

Some other things to keep in mind are:

  • Email confirmations are not necessarily sent unless a item is Fully Paid. This means that declined orders do not receive email confirmations.
  • If the customer enters in an incorrect email address, the email will not be received by the customer and you will not receive a bounce message.
