You will need to create a trial store and
go to the Settings > My Account section and purchase a plan that
allows at least the same amount of products that you have on your other
store. Once you have done this, please contact customer support by email
and state:
The store ID you want to be duplicated
The store ID you want to be duplicated too.
This will be sent to the engineers to be completed.
