Not receiving Ashopcommerce emails

If you are not receiving emails from Ashopcommerce then it may be one of the following issues:

  1. We have the wrong email address in our system. (confirm that we have the correct email)
  2. Our emails may be trapped in your spam/junk mail folder. (Find them in the spam/junk folder)
  3. Your mailserver may be blocking the automated emails from us. (Contact your mailserver and request they allow our emails through their security)
  4. You are using a 3rd party mailserver, but Ashop also has your domain or email set up on our servers. (please check with a representative for this)
