FTP & Bulk image upload

FTP works when you have specific access to the root folders etc in your store. It's like when you have your own part of the software or servers. We work like a hotel with one software and each room is a store. We would have to build some significant infrastructure to be able to build a location for FTP for each store.

However there are ways around this. If you only have images on your computer and no URL to use for the bulk uploader, you can always use one of many free uploading sites to get a URL for your images. One would be your ISP,  as most include free storage space, and another would be http://picasa.google.com/ or www.postimage.org or picturepush.com/upa  to name a few.
