How can a designer access the design aspects of the store without being able to access the accounts, order or other sections?
This can be adjusted by going to your
user panel and visiting Settings > User Management. Add a new user
and provide a username and password and the User Permissions that you
want to give them. Don't forget to save this. Test that they can only
access what you want them too. Then provide the username and password
you created with the admin panel URL to your designer.
