2checkout takes some time to approve the payments. However, it won't show at all if the customer hasn't completed the checkout.
We advise that you contact 2checkout and ask them how long will it take to process the payment and they should be able to tell you if you can move the order from waiting to full paid in your administration panel.
When the payment is completed it says full paid, if it says waiting, it means it hasn't been completed.
