How do I provide an IP address for domain delegation or cname pointing to the domain registrar?

We don't provide IP addresses for domain delegation or cname pointing as we use load balancers to run your site. Basically this means at any time your visitor may be directed to any one of our webservers using a different IP address. If you point to just one or a number of IP addresses, and your visitor is directed to a different IP address, that customer may only see an error. It is therefore not practical to provide IP addresses.

You can use the standard practice of providing name server addresses or cname address which can be found in your administration panel under Settings>Email and Domain Management>Domain Names, click Add new domain or select the domain you have active and see the name servers under "Changing nameservers" or the cname pointing too under "Changing cname".
