Login to your Ashop Administration Panel with the master username and password (the username / password that the account was originally signed up with - i.e. you can create new users using Settings>User Management: you cannot use one of the created usernames to shut the store. It needs to be the username when you first signed up for the store).
Then please go to you Ashop Administration Panel for your store and click on Settings > My Account (Account Details) and click on the red "close account" link towards the top right of the page. We cannot accept close account requests via email or phone for security reasons.
If this doesn't work, or you no longer use the master username / password, please visit us on live chat, 5 days a week, 24 hours per day (on the top right of your administration panel under need help) so we can help you close the account.
