My Category Pages are Not Accessible

The filter box could be an issue and it needs to be turned off or re-saved. 

To do this Go to Design > Widget Layout and on the Left section, put the Filter Box in Offline mode then click Save. 

Additionally you can save the category or brand widget. Then reinstate the filter. 

Clear your browser's cache and DNS cache. Exit from the window and launch your browser. Category pages should now load normally.
