From the Reviews Grid page, click on the product title to see the review that has been made for that product. It will open a new pop up box displaying the details of that review that your visitor has made.
From
this window you can see all the questions and answers provided for this
product review. This will only be available for existing review
template questions created and answered by customers in your storefront.
Status
By choosing Enabled or Disabled you can make the review online or offline.
Review
You
can edit each answer provided to your review questions in this window.
Simply edit the text or option and save the window. The changes will be
reflected on the product page in your storefront immediately.
