You can further filter the reviews by clicking the "Offline Reviews", "Active Reviews" or "All Reviews" links in the left panel. The right panel will then only display reviews that are either online or offline on your storefront.
Product Title
Click on the product title to see the review that has been made for that product. It will open a new pop up box displaying the details of that review that your visitor has made.
Product Code
This may help you more accurately understand which product the review is on.
Time Created
Displays the exact time and date that this review was created by your visitor.
Status
A green 'online' button means that the review is online, a grey 'offline' button means the review will not appear on your storefront. You can click the button to change it's status, then save.
Overall Rating
Displays a star rating out of 5 stars for the review of this product.
