Via a field directly on your detailed product, the customer can ask a question related to the product which will send the question to the "Offline Questions" page in your admin.
To view these new incoming questions. click the "Offline Questions" link from the left menu panel.
To Answer the new questions or edit existing questions, simply click on the product name in the grid and it will open a new window with the question field and the answer field. Enter your answer, change the status to "enabled" and save.
