1. Try to view other websites not using Ashop, For example yahoo.com. If you can not see yahoo's website then the fault lies with your internet connection.
If you can see Yahoo's website then proceed to step 2.
2. Close all your internet browsers and open a new one to try and see your store. If you can still not see your store, proceed to step 3.
3. Please wait 5 minutes and repeat step 2. This may be due to a periodic update on our servers which requires a restart generally taking 2 to 3 minutes at a time. If you can still not see your site, proceed to step 4.
4. As Ashop Commerce is a managed solution, notification of any server downtime is sent within 30 seconds and is often noticed instantly as they are worked on up to 20 hours a day. The Ashop technical team begin work on any errors straight away and are resolved 99% of the time within 5 minutes. If there is a longer downtime than this please be assured the team are working on it as fast as possible to return the servers to full operation.
5. If you feel your site error is separate to the above then please contact an Ashop Commerce representative or email asupport@ashop.com.au and we will investigate ASAP.
