Entering my Username and Password and clicking Login goes nowhere

If this happens, please check the following possible solutions in the below order:

1) Confirm that the login URL address is not malformed:

Make sure the original administration panel link you are using ends with /admin (there should be no random numbers when you post the administration panel address but the unique numbers will be posted there after you get to the login page).

2) If you are using Google Chrome clear the cookies:

You can clear cookies specific for your admin panel by going to the World or Lock symbol and click on Settings and go to Usage and click 'Clear Data' or use the Trash Can.

Or you can use the Settings in the Chrome Menu:

- Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of your browser:
- Click on “Settings”:
- Click on "Privacy and Security" on the left
- Click on “Cookies and other site date" in the middle panel
- Click on  “See all cookies and site data” in the middle panel:You can now see all individual cookies and search for specific ones in the search bar - if you need to search you can search for part of your URL admin panel address
- Then click on the bin next to the cookie

3) Clear your whole Browser and DNS cache:

a) https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache
b) https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic

4) Go to your admin panel in Incognito / Private mode via the menu on top right of your browser and attempt to login from there.

5) If you are a User that has been added by your organisation:
Ask the main admin panel owner to go to Settings>Users and change your login details and try again. Ask that user to test it before providing it to you.

6) If you are the main admin account holder visit us on Live Chat which you can find on the top right of our website when Live Chat is open.
