Click on the name of the customer you wish to edit from the Grid page. From this view you can edit all the customers standard details with the addition of their addresses. You can also view their order history.
Customer Specific Discounts
For some of your loyal customers you may like to apply a percentage discount for all future purchases. Simply enter the amount of % discount you wish to apply to the customer in the box provided and it will automatically apply the discount to the order subtotal.
B2B or Wholesale Customer
This checkbox will only appear if you have added this function to your store. Talk to an Ashop representative to have this added.
Check the B2B box to activate a new customer as a B2B/wholesale customer allowing them to see different prices when they log into your storefront using their username and password.
The different pricing is made by the extra B2B pricing field you will find activated in your products edit page.
Notes
The notes field is designed for you to write customer specific information for only you to see.
Order History Tab
Displays all order history for this customer.
Order Addresses Tab
Displays all active addresses on this customers account
