Assuming your Questions function is
activated under the Content menu in your Ashop administration panel,
once a question is answered and saved, whether or not it is put online,
an email response with the answer goes directly to the email address
placed in the Question.
If you wish, you can also allow the answer to the question to be
viewable online. The email address of the person that placed the
question will not show online.
