I don't seem to be receiving emails in my mail.ashop.com.au account.

Please check that no other program (for example, Outlook, Mail etc) is attached to your email, as it may be removing emails from the mail.ashop.com.au email account if the option to remove it from the server is activated. Then use a different email (i.e., not from your own domain) to test if you receive the email. Normally, if you do not receive the email you will receive a bounce message. Please send support the issue with the bounce message.
