1) You can always show your shipping price on the product detail page as a variant.
First, go to Inventory Variant Templates, and click on New Variant on the top left, enter a Variant Group Name (for your reference only) and the default way this will show on your product details page.
Add the Variant title and price under the Variant field, for example, "Flat Shipping - $10 all across the U.S.A", make the value $0 (as you will still have these options on the final checkout page for them to select) and press the green + button on the right. Then add the next shipping option. Save your changes.
Then, go to Inventory>Products and click on each of your products one by one and add the Variant Template. Go to Variants on the product details page, "Select Variant" template you just created and add it. Tick the Group Name, decide on the Order compared to other Variant Template options and adjust the Variant Titles on products where there may be anomalies. Ensure the surcharge is $0 (as you will still have these options on the final checkout page for them to select.). Make sure those shipping options you want to show are unhidden and "Save Product".
Test on one or two products before creating the variants for all products.
2) For a quick solution you can go to Product Detail design, select the active design and write the shipping options into the design of your product detail page based on your design preference. However, note that this method will show on ALL product details pages and cannot be adjusted for individual products.
