The Gift Certificate Grid Page Structure is managed via the category tree on the left menu panel and the available gift certificates on the right hand side. The first page will display all your available gift certificates and then you can browse only the gift certificates located in each category by clicking in the tree on the left menu panel.
The right hand panel will display the settings for each gift certificate selected.
