All widgets in all sections can be easily relocated using Drag and Drop.
This means that you can simply click on any widget, hold down your mouse cursor and drag it to a new location in any available section.
Once you're hovering over a new location, the widget will snap in and you can release your mouse button to drop it in.
Not all widgets can be placed in any section. For example, you cannot place a shopping basket widget to section 8. All sections have a limitation to the widget they allow, usually based on common sense or system capabilities.
