Unfortunately we are unable to cancel via email correspondence for security reasons, however you can follow these steps to cancel your account.
1. Login to your Administration Panel using your Main Admin username and password.
2. Go to Settings > My Account > Account Details and click "Close Account" on the right side.
3. Enter your admin password
4. Take note, or a screenshot, of the date your store will be closed that the system provides you. If a date is not provided, the process has not been completed.
