Email Forwarding can be enabled via Settings>Email and Domain Management>Email Accounts. Select the Forward All to tick box and enter in the email address. Note however, this will forward everything to this address and not keep a copy on your webmail ( http://mail.ashop.com.au ).
If you would like to keep a copy of your email on your webmail, ensure that no emails are removing from the webmail server and enter into your webmail here: http://mail.ashop.com.au, select Setting on the left column and Forwarding in the centre column. Select your requirements and Save at the top.
