How do I limit where I can ship items?

Hi. I am setting up post code shipping options but I do not ship to some areas. Is it possible to somehow configure the post code shipping to warn if the post code entered is outside of the shipping area? Similar function also needed at checkout obviously.

Unfortunately, we don't have custom pop up warning if it is out of range, however, the system will give an error warning on the address if the address / post code is not listed during the checkout.

Yep, thanks Drew, I have just done a test order and noted the error. I'm wondering if I can perform some sort of validation at this point using jQuery or similar to disable the "Continue to Payment" button?

My end goal is to prevent the order from being submitted. Post Code exclusions rules could be an option in the future maybe?

Sorry for the delay. See attached for the text I want to change (in red). Also, this is strange, but when I do an order I am being presented with the Shipping Address twice!! One with the Email details (the 1st screen) and then again after I attempt to proceed to the Shipping Options screen. The second time it shows only the Shipping Address. I have noticed that if I use an email previously used for an order it appears to present an option to save the address at this point... can this feature be disabled as it is confusing to clients. I have also attached images of this.
