Firstly, please check your junk mail to ensure the confirmation email hasn't gone into that folder.

Second, ensure that the username fits the specification of being between 4 and 20 characters

If the above doesn't work, please write to us, stating the username and email address you used to sign up and our customer service staff will organise this for you within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

After this is done you can use the same password.
