There are two options for the certificate image, 1) Your own designed image or 2) the one created in the gift certificate designer page. The one you have created in the design editor will automatically generate and resize to a thumbnail for display on your storefront.
If you prefer to upload your own special design, tick the checkbox labeled "Use a Different Image" and then browse your computer to select and upload a new one.
