My Newsletter is not sending!

We would suggest you check the following things:

1) Newsletters must be uniquely named. If you send one that is not uniquely named, it will not send.
2) Perhaps it's in queue - we can't make guarantees as to when the email is sent as it is sent out gradually during the day. If you don't see at least one email sent within 4 hours of sending, please contact us at support to place a request to check it with our engineers.
3) Do you have enough email credits?
4) Have you sent it now or scheduled to send for another date?
